First Time Visit Information
Massage
1. We are located at 2827 30th Ave, Red Deer in the new Notre Dame Plaza. Please enter in the main doors by CAMIS and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We are located at the end of the left wing.
2. We are no longer a masked facility. Although, if you would like your therapist to mask during your appointment please let us know upon arrival.
3. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. During your first appointment we will have a client health intake form for you to fill out as well as the opportunity to set up direct billing.
4. Do you want to elevate your experience at Recovery Lab? Enjoy 30 minutes in our Infrared Sauna before or after your massage appointment. Using infrared heat allows your muscles to warm up and loosen knots during your massage to experience even more benefits. Book your sauna before or after here: Infrared Sauna
5. We know life is busy, but please let us know 12 hours before your appointment time if you have to make any appointment changes. Cancellation of appointments after 12 hours will result in a 100% charge unless the original appointment time is filled with another client.

FST

Sport Recovery
Classes
