Our fully custom space was built to be a wellness escape. At Recovery Lab, you’ll find an inviting mix of exposed brick, natural textures, and an industrial loft vibe across our private treatment rooms. We’ve created a calm and dedicated space for physiotherapy, manual osteopathy, massage therapy, and fascial stretch therapy—without the distractions of a traditional gym. Our goal is to make you feel like you’ve finally found your recovery home. We serve Red Deer and surrounding neighbourhoods such as Inglewood, Lonsdale, Mountview, Anders Park, And other surrounding communities!
